For the past decade, Luis has played a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and company growth as the CEO of Gem Takeoffs LLC. Luis joined the company in 2014, just a few months after its founding, and was immediately entrusted with the critical task of providing leadership and strategic direction to guide the company through its early challenges.
From his first day, Luis took a hands-on approach, meeting with clients to understand their needs and ensuring that our deliverables consistently exceeded expectations. His leadership has been instrumental in transforming Gem Takeoffs into a thriving business. Luis has a proven track record of revitalizing organizations, enhancing their performance, and reshaping their image.
During his college years, Luis demonstrated his entrepreneurial spirit by successfully raising funds and balancing budgets for local small businesses. After earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics & Financial Business, he joined Gem Takeoffs as a General Accounting Manager, where he honed his skills in financial management and operations.
Five years later, Luis was promoted to Director of Operations and Management, a role in which he negotiated key contracts, carefully balancing the company’s performance capabilities with the resources and talents of its employees. His ability to align strategy with execution paved the way for Gem Takeoffs’ continued success.
In 2021, Luis became a partner in the company, where he leveraged his leadership and creative thinking to develop new strategies that enhanced our service performance. By harnessing the unique talents of each team member, he significantly improved turnaround times and service accuracy.
In 2023, Luis became the owner of Gem Takeoffs LLC. Under his ownership, the company is poised for even greater success, driven by his unwavering commitment to excellence and his visionary approach to leadership.
