1. Submit Your Plans & and choose a format: Share your architectural plans, blueprints, and detailed specifications for the scopes you need estimated. Whether it’s for masonry, concrete, drywall, paint, or any other trade, our team is equipped to handle all aspects of your construction project. Once you have submitted your plans you may choose from three different format styles which include Planswift file, OST file, Excel file, PDF file. This is to ensure you receive your takeoff in the format most compatible with your project
2. Receive a Delivery Schedule: After reviewing your architectural plans, we’ll provide you with a precise delivery schedule. Our commitment to quick turnaround times ensures that your bidding process stays on track.
3. Get Comprehensive Takeoff Reports: On the agreed delivery date, you’ll receive a full set of accurate takeoff reports, including material quantities and cost estimates. These detailed reports are tailored to your project’s needs, helping you confidently move forward with bidding, budgeting, and project planning.
